The latest copy of the development plan has finally been released !
Feedback from the original development plan discussion document was incorporated, and the content rearranged a bit, but the essence of the document has not changed much from the original discussion document.
When more players nominate for a place in the team that there are positions available, a fair selection process must be employed to determine which players will make up the team and which players will not. This selection process has yet to be completely defined, it will be added as a separate document later.
The process in this development plan will be reviewed after Mixed Nationals in October 2012, and again after Nationals in April 2013.
