All FEAR club members are invited to attend the 2009 club Annual General Meeting, to be held at 12:30pm on Sunday 13th September (postponed from 16th August as originally scheduled).  The meeting is expected to take no more than approximately 30 minutes.

A BBQ lunch will be supplied after the meeting.

A major purpose of the meeting is the election of office bearers.  Steve Baker (President) and Gareth McDonald (Treasurer) have indicated that they intend to re-nominate for their respective positions.  The current Vice President and Secretary have indicated that they will not re-nominate for their positions.  Any financial member (except Junior members) may nominate for any of these positions.  Please contact the President if you woud like to consider a position on the club committee.
